Outdoor Booth Information:

Cost: Fee is based on the size of display – please call for quote.

Set-up: Booth set-up is Wednesday. All exhibits must remain until 4:00 pm on Sunday. Anyone who wishes to leave before the above time must receive approval from a Fair Board Outside Booth Rental Committee member. Violation of this release time may result in being banned from exhibiting at future fairs held by this association.

Reserve a booth: Outside exhibit space will be available on an individual basis, depending on the area and space required. If you wish to reserve a space, the completed rental agreement, ST-19, and reservation fee must be submitted by July 1. We cannot allow set-up until we have your ST-19 on file.

Insurance: All vendors must supply a certificate of insurance naming the Pine County Agricultural Society as additional insured by July 1.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be made to exhibitors canceling after July 1.

Food Concessionaires: A complete list of item(s) to be sold, along with the selling price, is to be submitted for review with your booth rental agreement. Only the items which have been provided with your agreement are to be sold in your booth. All menu items and selling prices are to be visibly posted for the duration of the fair.
