Indoor Booth Rental

Indoor booth information:

Cost: The cost of a booth is $100, which must be received to hold your reservation.

Booth size: 8 ft by 10 ft, with electricity.

Set-up: The buildings will be open for set-up on Wednesday, August 2nd, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. No setup prior to Wednesday at 8:00 am. Set up must be complete by 7:00 on Wednesday. Vendor buildings open to the public on Thursday, August 5 at 11:00 am.

Building hours: Thursday- Saturday, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Sunday, noon to 4:00 pm. You do not need to be present in your booth space during open hours.

Reserve a booth: Complete the Indoor Booth Rental Agreement and ST-19 forms. Send the documents and rental fee to Kent Bombard. We cannot allow set-up until we have your ST-19 on file.

RETURNING booth vendors: If you plan on attending the Pine County Fair, please contact Kent Bombard as soon as possible to hold your spot. If you do not plan on having a booth, please call Kent so we can let other vendors know that a booth is available for them.

NEW booth vendors: Do not send the agreement or a deposit without contacting Kent Bombard. Our space is limited and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in adding your name and number to the waiting list, please get in touch with Kent.

Responsibility: The Pine County Agricultural Society will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen articles. Any booth applicant deemed by the Pine County Agricultural Society to be offensive or not in the best interest of the fair and community may be denied space or asked to leave. This order will be complied with immediately, and no fees will be refunded. Vendors that cause conflict within the building will be asked to leave or be removed.
