| The 2010 Pine County Fair will be held August 4th through August 8th. No booth will be |
| open for business until Thursday @ 11:00 am. |
| The buildings will be open for setup on Tuesday and Wednesday but won't be open to the public until Thursday. |
| The cost per booth is $100. with an additional $50 deposit collected at the time of setup. This deposit |
| is to prevent vendors from leaving early on Sunday. The $50 will be returned to you when you leave |
| after 4:00 pm on Sunday (closing). If you do not stay until 4:00 pm we retain the deposit. Your booth |
| reservation is not complete until we receive your $100. Payment must be received by us by June 15th |
| in order to insure your spot. If we do not hear from you by June 15th we will assume you are not |
| planning to attend the fair. If you are not able to rent a booth again this year please let us know so |

| we would appreciate it. We start getting requests as early as January for the fair booths. |

Please email or call ASAP so we can let new vendors know whether or not a booth is available. |

| Booth size is 8x10 with electricity available. Your booth must be attended during the fair by you or a |
| representative. No booth setup on Thursday. The Pine County Agricultural society will not be held |
| responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen articles. |

Sunday - 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM |

| Please remember these booths are rented with the purpose of promoting a business or service. Your |
| children will not be allowed to run freely in the building. If you bring your children to the fair they must |
| remain in your booth and not wander unsupervised to disrupt other vendors. |
