| Apple Pie |
| Approximately 3 lbs Apples sliced thin - *my apples were frozen last fall |
| 3/4 to 1 Cup Dried Cranberries |
| 2Tbsp Flour |
| 1 tsp Cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp nutmeg |
| Dash of salt |
| 1 Tbsp Tapioca |
| 1 Tbsp Butter |
| Pie Crust |
| 2 Cups Flour |
| 1 Cup Lard |
| 1/2 Cup Buttermilk |
| 2 Tbsp sugar |
| Mix by hand |
| Egg wash and sprinkle with sugar, Add Pie Filling |
| Bake at 400° for 50 Minutes |

| Apple Bars |
| Crust: |
| 3 Cups Flour |
| 1 Tsp Salt |
| 1/2 Cup Oil |
| 1/2 Cup Butter |
| Egg yolk plus enough water to make 2/3 Cup |
| Filling: |
| 5 to 6 Medium Apples |
| 1 Cup Sugar |
| 1 Tsp Cinnamon |
| Roll out half of crust and line bottom of jelly roll pan. Crush a couple |
| hands full of corn flakes on crust - add apple filling then add top crust |
| Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 to 35 minutes until brown. |
| Glaze: |
| 2 Cups Powdered Sugar |
| 1 Tbsp Butter |
| 1 Tsp Vanilla |
| 4 to 5 Tbsp Milk |
|
Mix and drizzle over bars. |

| Taffy Apple Pizza Dessert | |
| Crust: | Topping: |
| 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar | 1-8 oz pkg Cream Cheese |
| 1/2 Cup White Sugar | 1/2 Cup packed Brown Sugar |
| 1/2 Cup Butter | 1/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter |
| (cream together with mixer) | 1/2 Tsp Vanilla |
| Add: 1/2 Cup Canola Oil,1 Egg | Spread on top of cooled cookie |
| 1/2 Tsp Vanilla and beat again. | crust and top with sliced Granny |
| Add: 2 Cups + 1 Tbsp Flour | Smith Apples, drizzle with caramel |
| 1/2 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda | ice cream topping and chopped |
| 1/2 Tsp Cream of Tartar. | nuts. (optional) |
| Mix all together and chill for 1 hour | |

| Press dough into round baking stone | |
| Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes until | |
